Rompieron cristal y saquearon agencia de autos en Quer\u00e9taro"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><em><strong>Permanecer\u00e1n en prisi\u00f3n preventiva tras ser detenidos en flagrancia por un robo calificado ocurrido en la colonia Balaustradas, en la capital queretana<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La&nbsp;<strong>Fiscal\u00eda General del Estado de Quer\u00e9taro<\/strong>&nbsp;inform\u00f3 que&nbsp;<strong>dos personas fueron vinculadas a proceso y permanecer\u00e1n en prisi\u00f3n preventiva justificada<\/strong>&nbsp;por su probable responsabilidad en el&nbsp;<strong>delito de robo calificado en lugar cerrado<\/strong>, cometido en una&nbsp;<strong>agencia automotriz ubicada en la ciudad de Quer\u00e9taro<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De acuerdo con la investigaci\u00f3n, los hechos se registraron el&nbsp;<strong>23 de noviembre de 2025<\/strong>, cuando los imputados&nbsp;<strong>rompieron un cristal para ingresar al establecimiento<\/strong>, localizado en la&nbsp;<strong>colonia Balaustradas<\/strong>, y&nbsp;<strong>sustrajeron diverso equipo del \u00e1rea de ventas<\/strong>. Tras la denuncia, se despleg\u00f3 un operativo coordinado que permiti\u00f3 su&nbsp;<strong>detenci\u00f3n con apoyo de elementos de la Secretar\u00eda de Seguridad P\u00fablica Municipal de Quer\u00e9taro<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Al momento de su aseguramiento, a los detenidos se les encontraron&nbsp;<strong>objetos presuntamente robados<\/strong>, as\u00ed como&nbsp;<strong>herramientas utilizadas para cometer el il\u00edcito<\/strong>. La Fiscal\u00eda precis\u00f3 que&nbsp;<strong>ambos cuentan con antecedentes por hechos similares<\/strong>, lo que fue considerado durante el proceso judicial.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Durante la audiencia inicial, el&nbsp;<strong>Juez de Control calific\u00f3 como legal la detenci\u00f3n<\/strong>, resolvi\u00f3&nbsp;<strong>vincular a proceso a los imputados<\/strong>&nbsp;y determin\u00f3 imponer la&nbsp;<strong>prisi\u00f3n preventiva justificada<\/strong>, al existir&nbsp;<strong>riesgo de reincidencia<\/strong>.
