adem\u00e1s recibi\u00f3 36 horas de arresto<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El&nbsp;<strong>Instituto Municipal de Protecci\u00f3n Animal de El Marqu\u00e9s<\/strong>, en coordinaci\u00f3n con la&nbsp;<strong>Secretar\u00eda de Seguridad P\u00fablica<\/strong>, actu\u00f3 de manera inmediata tras recibir un reporte por&nbsp;<strong>posible maltrato animal<\/strong>&nbsp;en el Fraccionamiento&nbsp;<strong>Los H\u00e9roes<\/strong>, donde fueron localizados&nbsp;<strong>ocho caninos en condiciones de abandono y hacinamiento<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Luego de realizar la&nbsp;<strong>inspecci\u00f3n correspondiente<\/strong>, se procedi\u00f3 con la&nbsp;<strong>detenci\u00f3n del presunto responsable<\/strong>, a quien el&nbsp;<strong>Juez C\u00edvico Municipal<\/strong>&nbsp;impuso una&nbsp;<strong>sanci\u00f3n de 36 horas de arresto<\/strong>&nbsp;y una&nbsp;<strong>multa de 500 UMAS<\/strong>, lo que equivale a&nbsp;<strong>$54,285.00 pesos mexicanos<\/strong>, tomando en cuenta que en 2025,&nbsp;<strong>una UMA (Unidad de Medida y Actualizaci\u00f3n) tiene un valor de $108.57 pesos<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El Instituto reiter\u00f3 que mantiene su compromiso de actuar con firmeza ante cualquier forma de crueldad contra los animales, en concordancia con la reforma constitucional de 2019 que&nbsp;<strong>reconoce el bienestar animal como un principio fundamental<\/strong>&nbsp;en la vida p\u00fablica del pa\u00eds.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/radarnews.mx\/inicio\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/08\/526155303_1055392633426628_3145536766959934396_n.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"lazyload_inited wp-image-87544\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/radarnews.mx\/inicio\/blog\/hombre-es-multado-con-mas-de-50-mil-pesos-por-tener-a-ocho-perros-en-abandono-en-el-marques\/#\">0<\/a><a href=\"http:\/\/www.facebook.com\/sharer.php?u=https%3A%2F%2Fradarnews.mx%2Finicio%2Fblog%2Fhombre-es-multado-con-mas-de-50-mil-pesos-por-tener-a-ocho-perros-en-abandono-en-el-marques%2F\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><\/a><a href=\"https:\/\/radarnews.mx\/inicio\/blog\/author\/redaccion\/\"><\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Autoridades detienen a un hombre por tener ocho perros en abandono y hacinamiento;
