{"id":34482,"date":"2025-04-23T14:52:27","date_gmt":"2025-04-23T14:52:27","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/asisucedequeretaro.mx\/inicio\/?p=34482"},"modified":"2025-04-23T14:52:28","modified_gmt":"2025-04-23T14:52:28","slug":"detenido-y-en-prision-por-robo-a-negocio-en-tequisquiapan","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/asisucedequeretaro.mx\/inicio\/detenido-y-en-prision-por-robo-a-negocio-en-tequisquiapan\/","title":{"rendered":"Detenido y en prisi\u00f3n por robo a negocio en Tequisquiapan"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Mediante un trabajo coordinado entre la Fiscal\u00eda General del Estado de Quer\u00e9taro y la Secretar\u00eda de Seguridad P\u00fablica Municipal de Tequisquiapan,<strong> se logr\u00f3 la vinculaci\u00f3n a proceso de una persona por robo a comercio.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Los hechos ocurrieron el pasado 14 de abril, cuando el imputado, a bordo de una motocicleta, arrib\u00f3 a una fruter\u00eda ubicada en la colonia Hacienda Grande, municipio de Tequisquiapan.<strong> Ingres\u00f3 al negocio y, mediante el uso de un arma de fuego, amag\u00f3 al empleado para sustraer diversas pertenencias y dinero en efectivo.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De forma inmediata, se dio intervenci\u00f3n a la Polic\u00eda de Investigaci\u00f3n del Delito, quienes en coordinaci\u00f3n con la Polic\u00eda Municipal de Tequisquiapan, <strong>realizaron diversas diligencias que permitieron identificar al imputado, quien posteriormente fue detenido por elementos municipales.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En audiencia inicial, la autoridad judicial determin\u00f3 vincularlo a proceso, con prisi\u00f3n preventiva justificada como medida cautelar, <strong>estableciendo un plazo de dos meses para la investigaci\u00f3n complementaria.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/radarnews.mx\/inicio\/blog\/author\/redaccion\/\"><\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Mediante un trabajo coordinado entre la Fiscal\u00eda General del Estado de Quer\u00e9taro y la Secretar\u00eda de Seguridad P\u00fablica Municipal de Tequisquiapan, se logr\u00f3 la vinculaci\u00f3n a proceso de una persona por robo a comercio.
