Seg\u00fan las investigaciones,<strong> minutos despu\u00e9s arrib\u00f3 al lugar el probable autor, portando un machete, con el cual golpe\u00f3 a la v\u00edctima.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>La v\u00edctima fue trasladada a un nosocomio, donde falleci\u00f3 d\u00edas despu\u00e9s a consecuencia de la herida sufrida.<\/strong> Derivado de un exhaustivo proceso de investigaci\u00f3n, fueron obtenidos diversos datos que permitieron establecer la participaci\u00f3n del imputado en los hechos, lo que deriv\u00f3 en la solicitud y obtenci\u00f3n de una orden de aprehensi\u00f3n en su contra.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En audiencia inicial, la autoridad judicial determin\u00f3 vincular a proceso al imputado con <strong>prisi\u00f3n preventiva justificada como medida cautelar y estableci\u00f3 un plazo de 4 meses para la investigaci\u00f3n complementaria.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/radarnews.mx\/inicio\/blog\/author\/redaccion\/\"><\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>La Fiscal\u00eda General del Estado de Quer\u00e9taro obtuvo la vinculaci\u00f3n a proceso de una persona por el delito de homicidio calificado, tras las investigaciones realizadas por personal ministerial, pericial y policial.
