Al dar una indicaci\u00f3n a uno de sus trabajadores, este lo agredi\u00f3 f\u00edsicamente hasta dejarlo inconsciente, aprovechando la situaci\u00f3n para sustraer objetos propiedad de la v\u00edctima.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Las indagatorias realizadas permitieron establecer la probable autor\u00eda del imputado<\/strong>, lo que permiti\u00f3 obtener la orden de aprehensi\u00f3n por parte de un juez, y posteriormente siendo cumplimentada por elementos de la PID.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En audiencia inicial, la autoridad judicial determin\u00f3<strong> vincular a proceso al imputado con prisi\u00f3n<\/strong> preventiva justificada como medida cautelar y estableci\u00f3 un plazo de un mes para la investigaci\u00f3n complementaria.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/radarnews.mx\/inicio\/blog\/author\/redaccion\/\"><\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>La Fiscal\u00eda General del Estado de Quer\u00e9taro obtuvo la vinculaci\u00f3n a proceso de una persona por los delitos de lesiones dolosas y robo, tras las investigaciones realizadas por personal ministerial, pericial y policial.
