En un fraccionamiento de la&nbsp;<strong>colonia Santa Fe<\/strong>, el imputado confront\u00f3 a la v\u00edctima, quien&nbsp;<strong>se neg\u00f3 a participar en la disputa<\/strong>. Acto seguido, el agresor lo golpe\u00f3 en repetidas ocasiones, ocasion\u00e1ndole&nbsp;<strong>lesiones en la cabeza<\/strong>&nbsp;que provocaron su fallecimiento.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tras reunir los datos de prueba, la&nbsp;<strong>Fiscal\u00eda General del Estado de Quer\u00e9taro<\/strong>&nbsp;obtuvo y cumpliment\u00f3 una&nbsp;<strong>orden de aprehensi\u00f3n<\/strong>&nbsp;contra el imputado.
