{"id":29945,"date":"2025-01-16T00:25:04","date_gmt":"2025-01-16T00:25:04","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/asisucedequeretaro.mx\/inicio\/?p=29945"},"modified":"2025-01-16T00:25:04","modified_gmt":"2025-01-16T00:25:04","slug":"en-prision-por-feminicidio-en-el-municipio-de-amealco","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/asisucedequeretaro.mx\/inicio\/en-prision-por-feminicidio-en-el-municipio-de-amealco\/","title":{"rendered":"En prisi\u00f3n por feminicidio en el Municipio de Amealco"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong><em>Vinculan a proceso a hombre por el asesinato de una mujer en la localidad de El Picacho.<\/em><\/strong><\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p>La&nbsp;<strong>Fiscal\u00eda Especializada en la Investigaci\u00f3n y Persecuci\u00f3n del Delito de Feminicidio<\/strong>&nbsp;logr\u00f3 la&nbsp;<strong>vinculaci\u00f3n a proceso<\/strong>&nbsp;de un hombre acusado de cometer el delito de feminicidio en el municipio de Amealco de Bonfil.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Los hechos ocurrieron el pasado&nbsp;<strong>domingo 12 de enero<\/strong>&nbsp;en la localidad de&nbsp;<strong>El Picacho<\/strong>, donde elementos de la Secretar\u00eda de Seguridad P\u00fablica Municipal atendieron un&nbsp;<strong>reporte de violencia dom\u00e9stica<\/strong>. Al arribar al lugar, los agentes encontraron a una mujer sin vida, lo que motiv\u00f3 la detenci\u00f3n del presunto responsable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Durante la&nbsp;<strong>audiencia inicial<\/strong>, el juez calific\u00f3 como&nbsp;<strong>legal la detenci\u00f3n<\/strong>, dict\u00f3&nbsp;<strong>vinculaci\u00f3n a proceso<\/strong>&nbsp;e impuso la medida cautelar de&nbsp;<strong>prisi\u00f3n preventiva justificada<\/strong>. Asimismo, estableci\u00f3 un plazo de&nbsp;<strong>tres meses<\/strong>&nbsp;para el cierre de la investigaci\u00f3n complementaria.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La Fiscal\u00eda reiter\u00f3 su compromiso de actuar con firmeza en los casos de violencia de g\u00e9nero y feminicidio, con el objetivo de garantizar justicia para las v\u00edctimas y sus familias. <a href=\"https:\/\/radarnews.mx\/inicio\/blog\/author\/redaccion\/\"><\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Vinculan a proceso a hombre por el asesinato de una mujer en la localidad de El Picacho.
