El crimen ocurri\u00f3 el pasado&nbsp;<strong>31 de octubre de 2024<\/strong>, en la&nbsp;<strong>colonia La Providencia<\/strong>, en el municipio de&nbsp;<strong>El Marqu\u00e9s<\/strong>, cuando fue localizada una persona sin vida, quien hab\u00eda sido&nbsp;<strong>privada de la vida por impacto de arma de fuego<\/strong>&nbsp;y posteriormente&nbsp;<strong>parcialmente calcinada<\/strong>&nbsp;sobre las v\u00edas del tren.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Durante la&nbsp;<strong>audiencia inicial<\/strong>, el juez de control determin\u00f3 vincular al imputado a proceso y, en consecuencia, le impuso como medida cautelar la&nbsp;<strong>prisi\u00f3n preventiva justificada<\/strong>.
