La&nbsp;<strong>Fiscal\u00eda General del Estado<\/strong>&nbsp;(FGE) logr\u00f3 la vinculaci\u00f3n a proceso y prisi\u00f3n preventiva justificada para un hombre acusado del delito de&nbsp;<strong>homicidio doloso<\/strong>&nbsp;en la colonia&nbsp;<strong>Valle Dorado<\/strong>, ubicada en&nbsp;<strong>Santa Rosa J\u00e1uregui<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El crimen ocurri\u00f3 el pasado&nbsp;<strong>14 de agosto<\/strong>, cuando se localiz\u00f3 el cuerpo sin vida de una persona con evidentes&nbsp;<strong>heridas de arma de fuego<\/strong>. Tras realizarse diversas&nbsp;<strong>investigaciones<\/strong>&nbsp;en torno al caso, la FGE identific\u00f3 al probable responsable del homicidio, quien fue detenido con una&nbsp;<strong>orden de aprehensi\u00f3n<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El imputado fue conducido ante la autoridad judicial, que en la audiencia inicial decidi\u00f3 vincularlo a proceso. Adem\u00e1s, se dict\u00f3 una&nbsp;<strong>prisi\u00f3n preventiva justificada<\/strong>&nbsp;y se estableci\u00f3 un&nbsp;<strong>plazo de tres meses<\/strong>&nbsp;para la&nbsp;<strong>investigaci\u00f3n complementaria<\/strong>, con el fin de esclarecer completamente los hechos y recabar las pruebas necesarias.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La&nbsp;<strong>FGE<\/strong>&nbsp;reiter\u00f3 su compromiso de llevar a cabo un proceso legal transparente y exhaustivo para que los responsables de actos violentos enfrenten la justicia.
